Dazzle Update....

Well, my life is officially over...at least for a little while, lol! I begin speciality school tomorrow, and I am officially a resident in the state of Mississippi....it's hard to believe! Please keep me in your prayers because this is going to be quite an adjustment for me...for those of you who know me, y'all know there are two things that are most important to me: my Ty and my family...and they are all more than 130 miles away from me right now:(.....

Having said all that, please know that Dazzle will continue.....I may have a longer than usual turn around time, but I will still continue to take orders until further notice. Please, please, please be thinking about your Christmas orders. I am going to put a cut off date on all Christmas orders, so please don't wait until the last minute!!

Saturday at Vanessa's...

Yesterday we spent the evening at the Vanessa Diel Photography studio in Delhi, and there is only one word that comes in mind when I think of Vanessa's studio: FaBuLoUs!!

We had a great frame party, despite the stormy weather, and had the chance to meet many of our new customers! We've been anxiously awaiting this party because it was the reveal of our new Fleur De Lis frames, which were inspired by Vanessa's logo. She will be carrying our new line of frames in her studio so please be sure to stop by and view this new line created exclusively for Vanessa Diel Photography.

Vanessa, thank you so much for such a warm welcome...we enjoyed spending the day with you and can't wait for the next party!

And you thought I forgot!!

It's the first of the month again, and I am reminded just how fast my "last summer" is flying by...I call it this because it is the last summer before I am forced to get a real job, lol!! Next summer, I will be up to my eyeballs in clinicals, and then on to the real world with a real job:)...no more staying up late, sleeping in, and having a blast making frames!! I was reminded yesterday just how busy my life is about to get starting Aug. 17.....I consider myself to be a pretty fast paced driver, but yesterday the traffic in Jackson was CrAzY! Amber and I managed to miss every exit, and spent most of our time trying to figure how to turn around! But, I must tell you that after taking a look around at a few of those hospitals, I can already tell that I'm gonna LOVE it! With that being said, I am so thankful that had this summer to focus all my attention on Dazzle, and I just wanted to say a quick thank you to all my wonderful customers....y'all have been so patient with me, and I am so grateful for your business! Ok, now on to the good stuff:), the first person to leave a comment answering the following question will win a tabletop frame of their choice:

What is your favorite summer time activity?

Please only respond if you haven't won within the last six months....Thanks!

Color Splash!!

Again, I do not know who this photographer is, but I will post credit as soon as I find out....This picture captures such a beautiful, all around American girl...Maybe even a future model? :)...Ms Sharon, I hope you both love it!! Oh, and y'all both did a great job on the frame color, stunning!

For our Little Rooster!!

Well, this is our nephew Jake...he is quite the little character! My daddy gives all the grandbabies nicknames, and Jake's is "Rooster"....Just ask him, he will tell you:

"My name is Jake Rooster Dettenhaim!!!"...I think he just might be a farmer when he grows up, LOL! We love him so much!

AC wanted a frame to match the wooden sign(made by S. Clement, of Lake Providence).... hope you like it, and I'm sorry it took me soooo long:)
